1. Price stated are firm and non-negotiable. Buyers who try to ask for discount will not be entertained.
2. Reservation period is only for 24 hours, and if payment is not made by then the item will go to the next interested buyer.
3. Postage has to be fully borned by buyer, and your item will be shipped within 1-3 working days.
4.The rates for postage are as follows:
Pos Express - RM4.50
Pos Laju - RM6 for W.M. ; RM9 for E.M. (1-2 items)
COD meet-ups are only available subject to our time.
5. Chic Chick will not be responsible if anything happens to the parcel after delivery, however we will try our best to track it down for you.
6. For restocks, full payment has to be made up front and please allow 2 to 3 weeks time for your clothes to arrive.
7. Serious buyers only. Kindly inform us if you wish to back out from your order :) Buyers who go MIA after confirming their orders will not be tolerated.
8. All emails will be replied. If you have not heard back from us in 24 hours, please do send it again.
9. There shall be strictly no refunds or exchange of items once it is sent out to the buyers. Only if item is defect/incorrectly sent out will refund/exchange be made and postage will be fully beared by buyer.
RESTOCK POLICY
1. Only items that are stated as "RESTOCKABLE" in the description are restockable. This means that once the ready-stock items on our site are sold out, we will be able to order it for you again.
2. For items that are restockable, upfront payment in full is required by the buyer. Once we receive your paid order, we will proceed to restock your item.
3. Restocks usually take TWO WEEKS or less to arrive (unless stated otherwise). If you need your restockable items in a hurry, do let us know in advance and we will try our best to accommodate you.
4. Due to the unpredictability of shipping from our supplier to us, there might be delays for restock to arrive at our premises so please only proceed with your restock order if you're willing to wait.
5. Do allow for the possibility that the specified ordered item/colour/size may have run out with the supplier. In the unlikely event that this happens, a full refund will be made.
